Compliance Work (Entity & SMSF)
Due to a wide range of work involved in preparing company, trust, partnership etc financial statements, we do not charge a fixed fee for our service.  Instead our fee is 45% of the fee you anticipate charging your client for the compliance services provided subject to the minimum fee policy below.  Invoices will be emailed to your practice 3 days after the completed package has been loaded into Job Tracker for you.
Fees Below Market Rate
If your fee is below the market rate and therefore affects our fee we will contact you to discuss an increase. If you do not wish to increase your fee to client we may not be able to complete this particular job.
Additional Work Required
Generally the firms quote a similar fee to client as was charged in the prior year. In certain cases extraordinary events may occur warranting an increase in fee to client (eg client sold a business (therefore additional CGT work is involved), client changed structure, client purchased additional hire purchases, etc).  If you were completing this in-house this would be reflected in your own WIP and therefore would result in an increased fee to your client. Since we are completing the work for you we will contact you to inform you of these events and we can discuss the appropriate increase in fee to the client.
Draft Accounts
Our fee for provision of draft accounts is $210 where the fee to client is below $3,000 (i.e. AR fee of $1,350).  Where draft accounts have been provided an invoice of 90% of your fee to client (plus the $210 if applicable) will be emailed to your practice upon submission of draft accounts, and the balance of 10% of your fee to client will be issued after the adjustments requested have been made and our updated package has been loaded into Job Tracker for you.
Minimum Fee
Entity - Year End (company, trust, partnership, sole trader) - the minimum compliance fee you intend to charge your client is $1,700.
Entity - Interims (company, trust, partnership, sole trader) - the minimum compliance fee you intend to charge your client is $1,200.
Self Managed Superannuation Funds - the minimum compliance fee you intend to charge your client is $1,700.

BankLink Compliance Work Only (Entity)
Download the price list for BankLink (where your Practice has already completed the coding in the Banklink file and MYOB Accountants Resourcing are completing only the year end financial statements and income tax return)

Individual Returns

Portfolio Administration (SMSF & Investors)
The fees payable by You are:
1) A base fee of $780 (plus GST) which includes all Praemium fees.
2) Further fees for the processing of the types of transactions set out in the table below:

3) GST will be added to each of the amounts above.
4) Fees are payable by way of deposit at the rate of $65 (plus GST) per month with a final payment of any additional fees when the financial statements for the year are provided to You.

Corporate Secretarial
The Corporate Secretarial service is charged at $4.50 (plus GST) per entity, per month and further fees apply for processing extra-ordinary services. Further details of which are available from your MYOB AR Relationship Manager.

Quarterly BAS (Computerised or BankLink)
The Quarterly BAS service is charged at $150 (plus GST) per entity.

MYOB ProfitOptimiser Service
MYOB ProfitOptimiser allows you to analyse your clients' financial records to determine the strengths and weaknesses in their businesses. It helps map out a financial strategy and provides numerous opportunities for business improvement.  Click here for more information on MYOB ProfitOptimiser.  The service is charged as follows:
- $
75 (plus GST) if we create the file for you & enter current year & prior year data, OR
- $35 (plus GST) if you are using ProfitOptimiser & provide the prior year file.

Benchmarking Service
MYOB Accountants Resourcing can produce a benchmarking report comparing your clients’ trading performance with the averages and top performers in their industry. This provides a base against which they can compare their trading results. You can then help set targets to improve your clients’ businesses and move their financial performance into the part of the industry that they wish to be in.

By helping to increase the value of your clients’ businesses you can create happy, prosperous clients and earn additional fees. This also increases the potential for quality referrals for your practice.  The service is charged as follows:
- $115 (plus GST) if we prepare the job, OR
- $150 (plus GST) if we do not prepare the job.

Members Voluntary Liquidations
The Members Voluntary Liquidations service is charged at $1,450 (plus GST) per entity.  All solvent private company documents and materials produced ready to liquidate.

Secondments
The opportunity exists for MYOB Accountants Resourcing team members to be seconded to your office to assist your practice.  Please contact the relationship or senior manager assigned to your practice for further details.

Setups - SMSF
We will set up a file in BGL Simple Fund for you which will include the set up of the chart of accounts, entry of all investments (including the investment type, cost base, date of acquisition, etc) and entry of the prior year comparatives (including the market valuation at 30/06 for the comparative year). Where you require this service please make the appropriate note on our client checklist. The service is charged as follows:
- $429 (plus GST) for funds with no WRAP accounts or Warrants (we will give you a $200 rebate if we complete the annual fund compliance work for you), OR
- $51 per hour (plus GST) where the fund contains WRAP accounts or Warrants.

Setups - Entity (General Ledger)
We will set up a general ledger file, in your firms specific Accounting Package, which will include the set up of the chart of accounts, together with the entry of the prior year comparatives.  Where you require this service please make the appropriate note on our client checklist. The service is charged at $75 (plus GST).

Setups - Entity (Asset Ledger)
We will set up an asset ledger file, in your firms specific Accounting Package, which will include the set up of the asset ledger from the prior period. Where you require this service please make the appropriate note on our client checklist. The service is charged at $4 (plus GST) per asset set up.
