Sometimes you just want to send a couple of things to MYOB Accountants Resourcing. Faxing may be faster than scanning and uploading but until now would involved an international call.

Well that has all changed now!   AR now has a Sydney fax number (02 9475 5270) that you can send documents to.   We use a great service from the USA called efax (www.efax.com) that securely delivers faxes to an email inbox.   From the sender’s end, it works the same as a normal fax machine – but at our end we receive as an email ready for us to work on.

So, if you need to send just a few things to AR, you can now scan or fax to our efax number.

SMSF’s – Integration with BankLink and BGL Simple Fund

Did you know that BankLink can be set up to directly link into BGL Simple Fund?   The principle advantage of this is to facilitate the transfer of information without having to re-key the data or even recreate the chart of accounts.   Once your client’s transactions are coded correctly, the data can be transferred from BankLink Practice into BGL Simple Fund and vice versa. The details on how to set up the interface between the two products are located in the Help menu in both products.
