Experience: Bruce has over 25 years experience in the provision of public accounting and financial services. He has successfully operated the accounting firm known as Macquarie Partners in Australia since 1990. The revenue and profit growth in that firm over the period that Bruce has been a director has exceeded 1,000%. Bruce's commercial experience includes working as Group Financial Controller of a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. That role involved capital raising and debt raising activities with the total amount raised exceeding A$100 million. Bruce created the vision for MYOB Accountants Resourcing and provides the drive, vision and technical knowledge that is required to achieve the growth targets set out within the business plan. As a lecturer of over 20 years with the ICAA CA Program, an internationally recognised post graduate program, Bruce has written and marked taxation examinations and provided taxation training services for the ICAA. Bruce is able to use this combination of experiences to continue to drive the business to address human capital shortages in accounting practices.

Experience: James commenced as a graduate with a public practice firm in Melbourne in 1998. During the next seven years he completed the CPA program and progressed to manager including the responsibility of a portfolio of clients turning over between A$10 million and A$60 million. James joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in September 2005 and is responsible for the management and quality control of the work produced across the Australian and New Zealand divisions.

Experience: Kath has nearly a decade of experience in the provision of public accounting and financial services. She commenced as a graduate with KPMG in Brisbane in Middle Market Advisory. Her final two years at KPMG were spent as a Manager where she was directly responsible for the management of ten staff, the servicing of over 80 clients and assisting with the marketing and implementation of KPMG’s licensed club industry products and services. Kath’s commercial experience includes working as the Corporate Accountant of a foreign listed Group of Companies. Her role involved managing all accounting and statutory aspects for the Singaporean and Australian companies. Kath joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in April 2006 and assists with the workflow management and quality control of the entity work produced.

Experience: Shane is a Registered Tax Agent who has over thirteen years experience providing public practice accounting and taxation consulting services. Shane commenced with a large public practice firm in country Victoria in 1994. During the next seven years Shane moved to Melbourne, completed the CA Program and worked in a number of firms before eventually progressing to partner level in 2001. Shane was the Taxation and Business Services partner responsible for a portfolio of clients turning over between A$5 million and A$50 million in a diverse range of industries. Shane also provided business management and consulting services to a number of clients as such was subsequently invited to sit on their boards of management in an advisory capacity. Shane is also an experienced public speaker who has presented various technical and non-technical seminars to both fellow professionals and external clients on a wide range of topics including business development, business management and specialist topics involving individual, corporate and indirect taxes. Shane joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in February 2008 and has a role transferring his tax knowledge to the Malaysian based staff, developing their skills generally and assisting with the workflow management and quality control of the entity work produced.

Experience: Arianna has over 7 years of experience in the provision of accounting and taxation services. She started off her career with a subsidiary of a listed company and her role involved handling full set of accounts in a manufacturing environment. She joined an audit practice firm later where she was trained in providing audit services to companies with a range of industries. She proceeded to join taxation firm where she was specialising in preparation of tax computation for public listed companies, medium to large companies with a wide range of industries. She was also involved in ad hoc assignments such as preparation of due diligence report, individual tax investigation and some advisory exertions. Arianna joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in January 2006 and cares for a portfolio of clients on a range of superannuation issues. Arianna is the manager of the purple team which is a team of accountants working on SMSF work.

His role involved handling full set of accounts, managing taxation affairs, audits of self-managed superannuation funds, company secretarial and taxation advice. Lee joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in November 2007 and runs the green team which is a team of accountants working on SME & SMSF work.

After several years in Public Practice, Lilian then joined the commerce industry as an Accountant. Prior to her joining MYOB, Lilian was the Financial Controller for a group of privately owned international company based in Australia. Lilian joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in March 2008 and runs the brown team which is a team of accountants working on SME work.

Experience: Michael has over 5 years of experience in the provision of accounting and taxation services in public practice. He started his career as a graduate accountant with a medium size public practice where he managed a team of four responsible for a portflio of clients for their compliance and value add work. He later moved to HLB Mann Judd (Perth Practice) to fulfil the position of Supervisor where he worked on a wide range of large clients ranging from large property groups to publically listed mining companies operating in tax consolidated groups. His roles have involved handling full set of accounts (AIFRS compliant), managing taxation affairs, company secretarial, running a team, responsible for firmwide software implementation including transitioning to paperless office environments, and providing taxation advice. Michael joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in June 2008 and runs the orange team which is a team of accountants working on SME work.

Experience - Pang Ming joined KPMG Malaysia in May 2002 as an audit assistant and within three and a half years was promoted to audit supervisor. During his time with KPMG, he was involved in audit engagements for several public listed companies including one of the world’s largest telecommunication companies. Pang Ming's main industry focus was manufacturing, and he was also heavily involved in consolidation and taxation. Pang Ming is the manager of the red team which is a team of accountants working on SME & SMSF work.

Experience: Sharon has more than 6 years experience in Malaysian corporate compliance environment. She started off her career as a Company Secretarial Assistant in one of the subsidiaries of Malaysia leading oil & gas company. Sharon then spent some time working in a company secretarial firm before moving to various public listed companies in a Company Secretary role. Her experiences encompass the listing of company on the Stock Exchange in Malaysia, corporate exercise (private debt securities) in the Malaysian environment and all other statutory compliance in Malaysia. The last position Sharon held prior to joining MYOB Accountants Resourcing was Company Secretary for a public listed company (industry: Plantation). Sharon joined MYOB Accountants Resourcing in July 2007 and is responsible for the corporate compliance work.
